Job Description
- Supervise execution of projects from idea to end-product
- Manage the dependencies between projects included linking the business and technology
- Oversee the design and manage all the process for the various projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Analyze and design all project requirements and guide the team into the development of needed products
- Ensure that the development of products on both front-end and back-end meets the necessary technical requirements of the project
- Support the software architecture analysis
- Manage software products from design to development to testing and implementation
- Reorganize, attract and retain a team of highly skilled engineers
- Manage a team of developers working on related development projects
- High skills in project planning
- Submit periodical and accurate reports on project progress
- Lead IT and business change management processes
- Work with other departments to use new technologies
- Help to improve development team technical skills
- Develop and implement all internal communication systems, such as email and instant messaging
- Plan and implement proper Internet usage policies for employees
- Evaluate new technology and make recommendations on technological solutions
- Consistently evaluate technical efficiency and make changes as necessary
- Make presentations to board of directors

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Any Project Management certification preferable
- 7 + Experience
- Excellent knowledge of design patterns and OOP concept
- Excellent Programming Skills
- Experience in Software Architecture and Design
- Secure Coding Practices
- Experience in Government Mobile Application Development preferable
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts, practices and tools.
- Understanding of AWS ( Amazon Web Services )
- Intermediate experience in Linux environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Web and Mobile Technical background
- Backend : PHP – Node.JS
- Databases : Mysql – Mongo DB ( No SQL )
- Frontend : Angular JS – HTML – CSS – Javascript
- Mobile Native : Android ( JAVA) – IOS (Objective-c)
