Job Description
- Support direct manager with all related admin work.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
- Assist Operation Director in all possible works like in meetings, preparing documents and presentations.
- Update the Operation Director about appoints with various Head of Departments
- Manage the schedules to enhance effective time management and coordinates activities, prioritize appointments and reschedule where necessary.
- Assist in setting appointments and organizing agenda, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences.
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Provide administrative services for the managers.
- Book tickets, accommodations and arrange travel matters.
- Prepare letters, presentations and reports.
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
- Work with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfill the above duties.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Business Administration Graduate is a MUST.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operation management.
- Experience in GCC is a MUST.
- Human Resources background is an advantage.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- Maximum Age: 30
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Flexible to travel abroad.
