Nile Design is an established Mobile Apps, Web Design, and Software House; headquartered in New Jersey, USA with offices in Egypt, UAE, KSA, and recently Qatar.
We offer a full range of mobile application development, mobile game development, web site design, creative services, programming, application development, and managed IT services.
We are looking for a talented professional Sales & Marketing Manager to join our professional team.
- As a Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for finding and nurturing relationships with partners and potential clients.
- This role will be a mix of outbound sales efforts via email campaigns and events, as well as inbound sales efforts via content marketing and social media management.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Manager at Nile Design include:
- Conduct outbound sales activity, content marketing and social media marketing.
- Manage outbound email campaigns to target markets.
- Oversee the drafting of statements of work by Nile Design’ Technical Solutions Architect.
- Identify and track events worth attending, speaking at, sponsoring or hosting.
- Manage editorial calendar for the Nile Design blog and 3rd party blogs.
- Determine appropriate 3rd party blogs and coordinate posting.
- Oversee the authoring of blog posts.
- Create and nurture relationships with 3rd party business referring partners–e.g., other dev shops and full-service digital agencies.
- Draft monthly newsletters to target partners and potential clients.
- Determine other channels/methods to grow outbound sales pipeline.

- Will report to the Head of Business Development.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager that has a passion for sales along with the following:
- Web Development and Mobile Applications Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Established track record and out-performance in the sale of digital products or services working alongside distributed/remote teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Ability to work independently and manage your own work streams.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello); sales tools (e.g., SalesForce); marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp); web platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media sites (e.g., LinkedIn).
The compensation and benefits are as follows:
- Full-time.
- Compensation will consist of roughly 50% base salary and 50% commission and performance-based bonuses–commensurate with experience.
- Work from home/remote work opportunities–Cairo office for those who prefer to work in an office environment; candidate must be Cairo-based or willing to relocate
