- Coordinates with Digital Marketing and Social Media vendors to increase the presence on such platforms
- Works with Web Development vendors to create plans that aim to develop the website making it more efficient and user-friendly
- Contacts affiliates such as NBE, Aramex, Premium Card, Raya IT, Unifonic, Yoota, Samsung, Etisalat and Magento to utilize their services depending on the what is required
- Creates plans along with various Online Service Providers to determine how they can be employed to provide services that would benefit the website
- Composes online content to develop brand awareness and to achieve a powerful visible presence on the web
- Supervises the creation of designs and web-based ad campaigns
- Optimizes the content to ensure that it coincides with the website’s purpose and with the audience’s expectations
- Updates the website’s sliders and banners to display promotions as well as new marketing campaigns
- Reads and interprets reports based on performance to maintain progress and to suggest ideas that would maximize the output
- Works on maintaining the website’s level of functioning and assists in resolving issues related to the platform
- Suggests ideas and projects that focus on the website’s enhancement
- Stays aware of the industry trends, benchmarks, best practices and technology developments to improve the website
