We are hiring now Mail and chat agents for Dimofinf (Arabic account):
Job description:
- You are gonna be responsible for handling clients concerns and questions via mails or our system.
- You are gonna sell some of our products to the customers that you handled.
- Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- It is a hosting company so you should have at least 1 year technical experience ex orange or WE.
- Expereince as a customer service for at least 2 years
- English level at least very good
- Max age is 30
- Sales experience is preferred
- Nasr city or Misr el Gdeda residents or shoubra Misr or Fifth of settlement or Hadaya Elzaytoun preferred
- Grads only
- Males and Females are welcomed to apply
Work Conditions :
Rotational shifts from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm which is work from office or from 5.30 PM to 2.00 AM work from home
- 2 Days off fixed but it changes every month
- Work from office in Nasr city
- Training one month paid
