Job Description
- Studying and understanding of tender(s) / opportunities(s) requirements.
- Preparing clarifications issues to be sent to client for the missing, contradicting and confusing issues related to the tender / opportunity requirements.
- Preparing design documents and systems & equipment sizing and creating BOQ’s for the design and build tenders.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation.
- Prepare technical and material submittals.
- Manage quantity surveying and change orders.
Job Requirements
- Very good experience in AutoCAD.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good command of excel & word.
- Reliable and hardworking
- Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
- Excellent time management/organizational skills with the ability to meet important deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
