Job Description
Looking for an experienced and hard-worker property consultant to work at one of the top Real Estate brokerage companies in Egypt. Working with the top developers in the real estate market in Egypt for over than 100 projects (Residential, Commercial, Second home) in (New Cairo, New Capital, North Coast, Ain Sokhna).
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and any other communication methods.
- Determine the client’s needs and his financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Provide guidance and assist clients to know related projects, market conditions, prices, etc.
- Answering client questions and handling objections.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
- Arrange meetings with new and existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Sending CILs to the developer’s admin on time.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree
- Max age is 31.
- Negotiation Skills
- Have background ( North Coast, Soknha, New Cairo, Zayed, New Capital )
- Excellent In English
- Very Presentable
- Using CRM
- Experience In Real Estate Field ( Brokerage Company Is Must)
- Males & Females Is Allowed
- Owning Car Is Must
