Job Description
- Ensures proper implementation of the marketing plan by maximizing sales measures as the best in relation to industry trends.
- Responsible for providing the database of the potential customers to the team members as well as that of the existing customers.
- Determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers. Liaising with the Web designers to develop and alter the website as needed.
- Keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world. Research the company’s core demographics and how to best reach them, in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company’s targeted ad buys.
- Set budget from upper management for their division by planning for e-marketing expenditures well in advance and develop a financial plan that will maximize their resources.
- Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities in assigned region
- Provide reliable business solutions to ensure best sales collection by Finance.
- Analyze performance reports for call center to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the inventory in accordance with agreed plans and policy
- Recruit and coach staffs on professional knowledge and job-related skills.
Job Requirements
- Education: University graduate science, medical background.
- Preferably, to have post-graduation degree Business administration.
- Not less than 10 years of digital Marketing experience
- Proven record of success in Nutraceutical /OTC/Consumer health/FMCGs field
- High Sales experience & capabilities.
- Strong People management skills
