Job Description
- Launching a new brand
- Manage day to day operations of the business whether stores or online
- Hire the team that will help us grow
- Responsible of contacting suppliers as well as deciding the product portfolio
- Responsible of deciding of the locations of the stores as well as handling the pre-opening stage
- Responsible of managing and setting up the online store
- Manage store operations, optimist sales and profits, control relevant store costs and support and implement Merchandise, Marketing & other in-store initiatives.Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service through the implementation of the brand/company guidelines to enhance the shopping/brand experience.
- Coach and mentor the store managers, sales supervisors and sales staff through all their daily tasks.
- Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
- Ensure effective inventory and warehouse management.
- Review and analyze stocks and sales reports, monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.
- Monitor and appraise the performance of staff in coordination with individual career plans.
- Set KPIs for direct reports and conduct performance appraisals.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
Job Requirements
- Having worked in a homewear brand is a plus
- Candidate must have ownership, be responsibe & willing to take initiative
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience as retail manager not less than 2 years in the same position in Fashion & Retail Fields
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or any related field.

- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Able to use sales and stock analysis to ensure the stores within the region are strategically merchandised
- Able to motivate his/her teams to achieve the company objectives
- Able to take strategic decisions regarding product maximizing sales at every opportunity
- Strong perseverance to achieve targets and results, set challenging goals, teams’-standards, and priorities, overcome obstacles, accept account abilities, provide leadership/motivation.
