Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Manage a team of outdoor Acquisition sales.
- Train the team members & ensure that they’re aware & updated with all the products/offers/process.
- Achieve the targets assigned by the upper management.
- Follow up the team productivity, visits on daily basis, & report it to the upper management.
- Monitor the quality of sales closely.
- Coach the team members & take any disciplinary action needed.
- Set weekly/monthly plan with accurate foretasted & pipeline.
- Handle the escalated cases & give the team members the needed full support in order to finalize their deals & ensure that their customers receive the required products/services.
- Pay customers visits if needed.
- Work on the leads generated by the Telesales team, report their status to the upper management, & finalize them within the required SLA.
Job Requirements
- Management skills.
- 3 years of experience (at least) in the Sales field.
- 1 year of experience (at least) in the Telecommunications field.
- English: Very Good.
- Selling Skills.
- Negotiations Skills.

- Ability to work under stress.
