Job Description
Nozha Language School (Cairo Ismailia Road Branch) is currently hiring a Receptionist / Admin Assistant:
- Greet Visitors and help them.
- Answer Phone Calls and Take Notes.
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess parents’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of parents’ interactions.
- Professionally process parents service calls.
- Respond to parents questions.
- Informing parents when results are out.
- Preparing monthly analyzing reports about parents’ complaints and requests.
- Digitizing all the hand written documents on the computer.
- Daily follow up with the direct manager, Weekly reports.
- Handle the management team meetings and schedules.
- Channel between different departments.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Provide general administrative work.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Advanced computer skills – full awareness of using MS applications.
- Excellent ability to communicate in effective Arabic & English language; verbal and written communication skills.
