Main Duties:
- Answering all clients inquiries & handle their needs, complains & comments through phone and social media.
- Submit weekly & monthly reports for continues evaluation on customer’s status when needed.
- Provide relevant clients feedback to the direct manager & to the right channels.
- Deal with all clients deal in a professional, positive & trust worthy manner.
Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in call center and customer service.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Good in French (it will be an advantage).
- Spanish language is a plus.
- Ability to deal with different cultures.
- Ability to use Marketing Skills.
