Job Description

  • Supervising the branch's personnel / functions as company customer service representatives
  • Responsible for following up on transport reservations and implementing them with the concerned departments
  •  Follow-up on complaints received from branch clients, and resolving / escalating them as required
  •  Ensure the periodic presence / implementation of reception and customer service personnel in the tasks assigned to them
  •  Follow up on employee requests / complaints within the branch in coordination with the director of the department and other concerned departments
  • Coordination with all other departments regarding customer deliveries
  •  Follow up on a daily basis with the internal coordination unit to ensure that customers' problems related to deliveries / factory complaints are solved.
  • Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter.
  • Provide scripts to read from during phone calls.
  • Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by agents.
  • Resolve complaints and order issues.
  • Ask customers to provide feedback on agents and customer service experience.
  • Oversee product exchanges and returns.
  • Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Train agents on how to adequately address problem over the phone or how to write correspondence.
  • Work with management on customer service initiatives.
  • Supervise customer service managerial staff.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years work experience in similar position.
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficient standard office equipment skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Available to work shifts.
