Job Description
- Establishing and developing HR department from scratch,
- Building HR Policies and Procedures,
- Responsible for all HR activities, (Rec,Training,Performance,Com&Ben,Personnel,...),
- Handling all governmental regulations and obligations, (Social Ins, Labor Laws, Medical),
- Handling all disputes and Labor relations,
- Managing & Leading the HR team,
- Advising Senior Management of all HR best practices,
Job Requirements
- Min 3-5 years of experience as in the same title and responsibilities,
- MBA Holder,
- Excellent command of English language,
- Experienced building up HR department from scratch,
- Experience dealing with governmental Authorities,
- Has a strong & influenced personality and character,
- Ability to work under stress and pressure,
- Presentable,
