Job Description

  • Supervising sales of whole sellers under the indirect sales network. Implementing the sales strategies and implementation of daily operations;
  • Follow-up on accounts provided by whole sellers. Negotiating and acquisition with potential agents (wholesale accounts) to expand his sales network.
  • Supervise and monitor wholesale network, its data accuracy, equipment and SIM deployment.
  • Monitor daily accounts receivables of wholesalers.
  • Close monitoring of wholesalers to ensure timely recharge of payment agents under his network and support agents if needed.
  • Regular field visits of wholesalers to cross check the activities of other players in the market and receive feedback from payment agent’s.
  • Supervise field marketing and sales force. Analyze field reports and competitor pricing proposals and sales operations.
  • Encourage wholesalers to raise the existing and potential agents’ awareness of Bee services and related e-commerce technologies.
  • Evaluates, monitors the wholesaler’s performance periodically to improve sales network efficiency.
  • Supplies management with written reports on sales feedback, needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of Bee services, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in commerce, business administration, marketing, economics and finance is preferable
  • At least one-year experience in sales supervision required
  • Experience in GSM, retail distribution, telecom, FMCG sectors are preferred
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of sales force team
  • Ability to manage life-cycle of complex sales cycle
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of English is an asset.
