Job Description

  • Develop terms and conditions of cooperation with trade key accounts;
  • Present the concept to prospective partners, conduct approaches to prospected accounts and hold negotiations;
  • Participate in deal with trade key accounts and post-deal deployment operations;
  • Train personnel of trade key account on the company’s products, services, applications, reporting and management tools to enable them to sell products and services that are active on Bee platform;
  • Undertake market research for prospecting trade key accounts by assessing needs and requirements to avail company services in trade key account network
  • Propose new approaches/services for cooperation with trade accounts by offering solutions as per the requirements of trade accounts;
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyze the trade key accounts’ performance, sales growth and efficiency as well as develop key performance indicators for them;
  • Participate in setting targets to trade key accounts;
  • Forecast future sales trends and expansion plans of trade key accounts network;
  • Conduct market analyses and segmentation and suggest on prospective trade key accounts;
  • Elaborate reporting schemes and generate sales reports to senior managers and partners;
  • Building customer relationship with trade key accounts, problem-solving orientation towards these accounts with the objective of sales increase and without compromising with the company profits;
  • Seek out partnerships with new trade key accounts;
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies that can affect company strategies and operations as total and trade key account planning in specific.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in distribution industry at supervisory/managerial level position or above.
  • Retaining excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and advanced excel and data processing skills.
  • Being a team leader, responsible and trustworthy
  • Being an enthusiastic and motivated
  • Previous experience in FMCG, telecom and mobile industry is preferable, but not required
  • Knowledge of English is required
