Job Tasks:
- Property buyer lead generation through networking, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means
- Receive potential clients’ calls and answer their inquiries
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and interview them to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
- Helping clients get the house of their dreams and advise them on prices, market conditions and other relevant matters
- Accompany clients to property sites, discuss conditions of sale, follow-up with them and draw up real estate contracts
- Negotiate with clients to persuade them to set a suitable payment method
- Attend real estate fairs and exhibitions as needed
- Develop, execute and close all sales calls and leads
- Achieve the sales targets set by the company
- Report and submit all daily actions in detail (calls and sales) on a weekly basis
Reporting: As a Sales Representative, you will be reporting to the Sales Supervisor
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of sales experience within the real estate industry in the 5th Settlement
- Advanced organization and industry knowledge (both technical and functional)
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
Working Days: 6 days per week. Weekend day to be agreed with the direct manager
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (10 am to 6 pm)
