Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager, He will be assigned by geographical location to implement and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a sales plan that covers sales pipeline, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results in a monthly basis.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Contracting / Invoicing / Healthy Business check
- Responsible for sales forecasting “Daily / Weekly / Monthly “
- Responsible for building expansion Plan for generating new revenue stream
Job Requirements
Academic Background & Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage
Required Knowledge / Skills / Languages:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
