Job Description
- We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.
- HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
- Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
- Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals.
- Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
- Prepares daily sheets for the attendance
- Preparing any warning letters.
- Finalizing the resignation process.
- Re-model HR department.
- Employee Relations: including managing absence, disciplinarians, grievances and sickness.
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
- Performance Management: Coaching department heads and leaders on performance management issues and processes.
- Learning and Development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams
- Training: Set corporate training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
- Recruitment and Retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
- Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits
- Policy and Procedures: Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a HR specialist
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
