Job Description

  • We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.
  • HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
  • Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals.
  • Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
  • Prepares daily sheets for the attendance
  • Preparing any warning letters.
  • Finalizing the resignation process.
  • Re-model HR department.
  • Employee Relations: including managing absence, disciplinarians, grievances and sickness.
  • Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
  • Performance Management: Coaching department heads and leaders on performance management issues and processes.
  • Learning and Development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams
  • Training: Set corporate training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
  • Recruitment and Retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
  • Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits
  • Policy and Procedures: Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a HR specialist
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
