Definition
- Expert at advertising company services on the Internet. Advertising methods include search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), e-mail marketing and banner ads. Internet marketing professionals can also conduct webinars, compile marketing data and monitor online competitors, will also be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Flow up company website
- Flow up company pages on social media and answer clients questions on them through email or Skype.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Assign and flow up marketing Campaigns on different e-marketing pages on the Internet
- Working on making the company website on high level on search engines
- Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information about customers needs on the reservation.
- Build a rapport with customers and increase sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with the development plan.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent Command of written and Spoken English is a must.
- P.C skills using MS Microsoft Office.
- One year experience in sales through phone calls and internet.
- Confident, professional and excellent manner skills.
