Job Description

  • Assist with financial and tax audits.
  • Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Support in preparing the financial statements on quarterly basis.
  • Accounts Receivable, including processing payments, producing statement of accounts, collections on overdue accounts and account reconciliation when required.
  • Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements.
  • Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation.
  • Timely preparation of import documentation and authorization for all air and sea shipments globally.
  • Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments.
  • Verification of all freight invoices.
  • Updating reports as per required.
  • Responsible for the administrative tasks of the department.
  • Other assigned tasks from the direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • BSc of Commerce - English from a reputable university is a must.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Minimum experience is 1 year.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
