Sales Manager - Delta Branch

In order to be considered, you must have relevant Sales & Marketing experience to develop long term objectives .

Responsibilities:-

• Manage the sales team by planning, motivating, and monitoring their activities to achieve the company budgeted sales and gross margin.
• Plan and monitor customer activities through product performance, delivery service and quick response time to meet customer request on service to ensure customer satisfaction through and maintain customer loyalty .
• Explore new business opportunities by searching new information with business partners to make sure that the company can expand market share and achieve the sales target.
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Encourage and provide moral support to sales personnel by visiting key customers to ensure good customer service.
