Job Description
- Act as the key channel between customers and the company in terms of contracting.
- Respond promptly to customers inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints
- Have a full awareness of the market to answer questions
- Keep records of customer's interactions, comments and complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
- Handle all the contract preparation process.
- Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any university background preferred if business administration and Finance.
- Experience in Real Estate is a must
- Years of experience in the same field: 2-4 years
- Good English Language
- Computer skills required: good MS office skills
- Very Good in Numbers.
- Excellent Communication and analytical ability.
