- Responsible for the development & the validation of long-term planning & forecasting models.
- Responsible for the development of positioning & key strategies for the brand by advising on current product trends.
- Create an annual marketing plan.
- Implement marketing plans and key strategies to achieve objectives.
- Managing the launch of new products & line extensions.
- Managing KOLs related activities to create advocates to his/her assigned products.
- Develop relations with Sales Managers, District Managers & Medical Rep.
- Prepare & train field force on product knowledge & competitors' information.
Job Requirements
- Experience as Medical representative is a must
- A minimum of 6 years employment with pharmaceutical industry and 2 years in product management position.
- Pharmacy, vet or medical background. ·
- Excellent computer and presentation skills. ·
- Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing).
- Able to lead, mentor and coach others. ·
- Result oriented, active, organized, planner and creative.
- Effective communication skills.
