Job Description
- This position is responsible for managing the Strategic Human Capital initiatives of Tabarak Group, including compensation and benefits, training and development performance management, and recruitment.
- Taking direction from the Strategy and Development Director, regarding establishing long-term manpower planning needs and budgets, through the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Capital function and direct interaction with Tabarak employees, to resolve disputes and facilitate a high performance culture
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (minimum 4 years study)
- Minimum 18 years of experience in the HR field
- Minimum 3 years experienced in management level highly exposed to Real Estate Industry and labor relations/labor laws
- Strong English language proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word
- CIPD certified
- Excellent knowledge of the local labor law
- Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety standards and requirements
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits
- Strong knowledge in learning and development
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems
- Translates broad strategic goals into achievable objectives
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Excellent oral and written communication
