This position is responsible for managing the Strategic Human Capital initiatives of Tabarak Group, including compensation and benefits, training and development performance management, and recruitment.
Taking direction from the Strategy and Development Director, regarding establishing long-term manpower planning needs and budgets, through the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Capital function and direct interaction with Tabarak employees, to resolve disputes and facilitate a high performance culture

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (minimum 4 years study)
Minimum 18 years of experience in the HR field
Minimum 3 years experienced in management level highly exposed to Real Estate Industry and labor relations/labor laws
Strong English language proficiency
Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word
CIPD certified
Excellent knowledge of the local labor law
Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety standards and requirements
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits
Strong knowledge in learning and development
Strong knowledge of performance management systems
Translates broad strategic goals into achievable objectives
Strong analytical ability
Excellent negotiations skills
Strong English language proficiency
Excellent oral and written communication
Possesses the skills and implements the functions of a Leader
