Job Description

  • The planning of the selling activity includes participation in the setting of goals and the formulation of the company selling policies such as product policies, pricing policies, distribution, promotion and communication with target markets.
  • Organization of sales activities, which include organizing sales efforts through the development of an effective organizational structure and good selling men.
  • Oversee and direct the efforts of the sales men.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of sales activities, including identifying sales areas, identifying salesmen's routes, determining sales quotas, receiving reports on sales activities, evaluating their findings and taking appropriate corrective measures to improve and improve performance.
  • Participate in the selection and employment of sales men in terms of analysis and description of the work, and determine the required qualifications and their source.
  • Identify the needs of the salesmen from the training and the type of training required for each individual.
  • Motivate sales men to identify different motivational methods and constantly search for rewards that stimulate sales efforts of sales men by building and developing an effective compensation system.
  • Evaluating the sales men efforts in terms of determining effective and objective evaluation models to arrive at a logical judgment on the performance of sales men.
  • Periodic reports on sales to General Manager.
  • Working on opening new markets, winning new customers, and constantly evaluating and withdrawing customers.
  • Continuous communication with customers and follow up the quality of the products with them and contact the management of production and quality in the event of problems to customers and keep the General Manager on the situation constantly.
  • Achieve the company main objectives of product sales and ensure the expansion of the customer base.
