Job Description

Training Reports:

  • Participates in the preparation any needed report related to the training and development system.

Motivation System:

  • Assists in implementing the motivation system ensuring the compliance with the GSM requirements.

On Boarding:

  • Assists in preparing the on-boarding program to all newly comers

Mentoring:

  • Assists in implementing the mentoring process for all newly comers.
  • Assist in coordinating all Social Activities for the employees.
  • Responsible of having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources (recruitment e-mail account, employment fairs, recruitment agencies, referrals and walks-in).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • English language skills at advanced level.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Basic problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to work as part of the team.
