Job Description
Training Reports:
- Participates in the preparation any needed report related to the training and development system.
Motivation System:
- Assists in implementing the motivation system ensuring the compliance with the GSM requirements.
On Boarding:
- Assists in preparing the on-boarding program to all newly comers
Mentoring:
- Assists in implementing the mentoring process for all newly comers.
- Assist in coordinating all Social Activities for the employees.
- Responsible of having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sources (recruitment e-mail account, employment fairs, recruitment agencies, referrals and walks-in).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- English language skills at advanced level.
- Strong computer skills.
- Basic problem solving skills.
