Testing and evaluating new technology
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
Implementing software deployments at clients’ sites for one of two software solutions:
- NetSupport Software modules
- WhatsApp Gold from Ipswitch

Basic Knowledge with a scripting language (PowerShell & VBscript)
Understanding of OSI layer model, TCP/IP protocols, subletting and related protocols such as DHCP, WINS, DNS, SMTP, POP3, SNMP and more.
Familiar with High Availability Solutions Based on Microsoft NLB and Failover Clustering
Good command of English.
At least 2 years of experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work well in a team
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
