Job Description:
- To be located in L1 service center L1 branch , to handle all customers with different inquiries using company regulations.
- Making basic troubleshooting steps for mobile devices to detect the type of fault to take the right actions.
- Ability to deal with different mobile SW download tools ,
- Take a fast actions with courier service team to send and receive the devices from L1 to higher service levels and explain the process to customer .
- Give answers for both product and service questions to customer .
- Make basic Mobile troubleshooting , suggesting Info.
- receive the devices from customer and deliver to them after being finished.
- Deal with Lava Portals , Systems , and should be team .
- Work with customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
- Handle product recalls
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (communication department)
- Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in a similar field
- Languages: Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading and writing)
- Skills: Excellent computer skills
- Smart enough to deal with different type of customers.
- Have a technical background about mobile maintenance industry .
- Good Communication skills .
- Active listening .
- Good way of objection handling cases.
- Presentable &well Groomed.
- Fast learner to understand company rules and importance of first customer interface .
- Good knowledge about using computer skills.
- Be available to work on shift basis.
