Job Description
Bosta is a high growth technology company on a mission to improve logistics in emerging markets. We are hiring a Call Center Representative who will be able to cope with the fast moving environment of a startup.
Throughout your career in Call Center, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in customer engagements in line with your learning.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s messages
- Process orders, forms, and application
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up customer calls where necessary
- Enter new customer information into Bosta system and update existing customer information
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Contact businesses or private individuals by phone and obtain customer information
Job Requirements
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Strong reading and writing skills. English language fluency is a benefit
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Skills with use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to details and ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Must have flexibility in work hours during peak times
