Job Description
- Supports day-to-day sales activities by providing information and assistance to customers and internal organizations.
- Provides support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work.
- Duties may include order processing/entry, price quotations, information input and management, product training or other related tasks.
- Need to explain and demonstrate to customers what they are offering is worth buying.
- Have complete understanding of the product and have to describe its uses and
- qualities in details.
- Have to give a presentation and show to the customer how the item works.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the competitors so that they can show how their products superior are.
- Have to place orders for the client and also deals with complaints and their resolution.
- Enter and update proper records of sales and order information.
- Be in touch with suppliers and check on the inventory.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Assisting with proposal development.
- Developing new prospects, establishing customers, and selling an organization's products and services.
