Job Description
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to senior management executives
- Greeting visitors and answering the telephone
- Receiving and distributing mail and correspondence; performing research, and distributing information through the use of telephones, mail, and e-mail
- Gathering data and compiling various reports for management;
- Conducting projects and assignments;
- Photocopying materials;
- Maintaining files;
- Ordering supplies;
- Issuing correspondence.
- Serving as an office information manager,
- Arranging and scheduling meetings or appointments,
- Organizing and preserving paper and computer files,
- Managing projects,
- Handling travel arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English Language (French is addition)
- V. Good English and Arabic Typing
- V. Good Experience in translating “commercial” letters from Arabic to English
And vice versa
- Previous experience in Commercial Agencies and trading offices is preferred
- Excellent Computer Skills & MS Office
- High Experience in office organization & filing Systems
- Fast, Self-Motivated, and Organized
- Excellent communication (and listening) skills
