Job Description

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to senior management executives
  • Greeting visitors and answering the telephone
  • Receiving and distributing mail and correspondence; performing research, and distributing information through the use of telephones, mail, and e-mail
  • Gathering data and compiling various reports for management;
  • Conducting projects and assignments;
  • Photocopying materials;
  • Maintaining files;
  • Ordering supplies;
  • Issuing correspondence.
  • Serving as an office information manager,
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings or appointments,
  • Organizing and preserving paper and computer files,
  • Managing projects,
  • Handling travel arrangements.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of English Language (French is addition)
  • V. Good English and Arabic Typing
  • V. Good Experience in translating “commercial” letters from Arabic to English

And vice versa

  • Previous experience in Commercial Agencies and trading offices is preferred
  • Excellent Computer Skills & MS Office
  • High Experience in office organization & filing Systems
  • Fast, Self-Motivated, and Organized
  • Excellent communication (and listening) skills
