Job Description
- Reconcile monthly operation reports and share updated reports with direct manager
- Manage the administrative staff in IT department
- Train new hires on department policies and procedures
- Act as first line support from IT department on all running applications and IT Administration issues
- Follow up on department tasks assigned by the Project Manager
- Check all department outputs versus general guidelines and procedures
- Handle IT logistics and purchases approved by the Project Manager and follow up on them
- Execute department process and procedures
- Reporting and data analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in an office management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Working under pressure
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated organizational skills, and demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
- General and medical insurance background preferred
