Job Description
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, policies and procedures
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
- Plan future capacity requirements
- Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
- Managing budgets
- Administering stock control
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Job Requirements
- Good Background about Vehicles Spare Parts
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred
- Alexandria resident is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Numeracy and an understanding of finance
- Knowledge of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse
- Management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas
