Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding UI/UX designer to join our team to be responsible for innovative design, and layout of responsive web applications and mobile apps. You will be the heart and soul of anything design and UI/UX related.
Responsibilities will include:
- Spear-head all design, UI and UX related aspects of current and new products / projects. (basically be a rock-star!)
- Design wire-frames of mobile and web apps in order to prevent developers from putting their "touches"
- Design native iOS and Material mobile app UI on Sketch
- Slice assets for developers
- Tolerate crazy people and product owners who change colors and UI requirements "134 times" in the span of 2 weeks
- Stay in touch with emerging trends
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web and mobile UI/UX design
- Extensive experience in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience in “SKETCH” software for UI/UX design
- Experience in designing responsive websites
- Extensive experience in slicing and Specs sheet generation for mobile app designs
- Extensive experience in iOS and Android design patterns and
guidelines - Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly
Bonus:
- Experience with “Zeplin”
- Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, Angular.JS, Node.JS
- Familiarity with JIRA / TFS
- Familiarity with HTML5 apps and cross-platform mobile app design
and development using angular.JS and others - Basic knowledge of Git
