- Good knowledge of several types of visa.
- Scheduling the visa with embassy.
- Deal directly with customers face to face
- Identify customer's needs
- Process order,forms,applications and requests
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Preparation of appointment and interview if necessary
