About the Job
  • Perform daily payroll department operations
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
  • Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
  • Handle all personnel day to day operation (Medical insurance issue - social insurance issues and forms - on boarding of new comers & Others)
Job Requirements
  • Knowledge of HITS payroll system (is a plus).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Very Good in MS Office applications.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
