Job Description

  • Manages the daily calendar for BUM/Regional manager and GM and coordinates scheduled appointments.
  • Prepare and supervise all daily documents of attendances and absence of employees of all branches in the company
  • Organizes GM’s office in terms of bookkeeping, filing system, handles its budget ,fix and repair any damage in office .
  • Operates software applications in an efficient and productive manner.
  • Screens and distributes incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
  • Ensures department workers are aware of department policies and procedures.
  • Arranges for department events by arranging for facilities and caterer, announcement and invitations within the assigned budget.
  • Prepares event’s agenda and arranges for minutes and documentation.
  • Maintains procedures for systematic withholding of documents, retrieval and disposal of records and establishes an updated filing system and database.
  • Prepares confidential correspondence and reports.
  • Arranges detailed travel plans and routes and gathers needed for travel-related meetings
  • Supervises all the administrative work included out looking image for premises
  • Oversee and coordinate with line managers all activities associated with recruitment.
  • Prepare all papers which needed for hiring.
  • Fulfill all procedures and documents which related to social insurance.
  • Performs other duties assigned to her by the BUM/Regional manager and GM as and when the need arises

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Relevant Education preferably English sections

Previous Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in similar role inside reputable org

Language Skills:

  • Excellent English and Arabic(R-W-S)

Computer Skills:

  • Excellent Microsoft Application users
