Job brief:
We are a rapidly expanding Tech company with a domestic and international focus. We are looking for someone that can lead the marketing efforts in order to help the company achieve and maintain rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and brand strategy for the company and ensure their effective implementation.
- Utilize Growth Hacking strategies effectively to penetrate to new markets and ensure a rapid growth rate for the company
- Develop and Implement Digital Media Strategy
- Formulate marketing policies and processes for all customer touch points
- Produce valuable and engaging content for websites, social media platforms, press releases, advertising, print and others materials
- Manage the company’s PR and liaise with magazines, TV shows, and newspapers for publicity
- Produce content for internal company communications
- Carryout research and develop market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and improve organic and paid search channels which include Google AdWords, website and search engine optimization (SEO).
- In charge of the proper allocation of marketing budget and funds.
- Plan and implement exhibitions, seminars and other company related marketing events.
Job Requirements
Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field, Master’s is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing
- International experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Arabic. Any European language is a plus
- Proven track record in creating and implementing marketing and brand strategies
- Knowledge of the latest trends and social media platforms
- Flexibility to travel
