About the Job
  • To provide all kind of secretarial support to the senior management staff
  • As well being responsible for all communication and logistical activities needed in the Head Office
  • To handle all Head Office staff travel and accommodation logistics.

  • A Bachelor degree in business administration or a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position related to providing management support
  • Successful track record of experience in office management and secretarial is desired
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Customer oriented and very good communicator;
  • Very good command of English Language (spoken/written).
  • Very good business writing skills
