Job Description
- Responsible for achieving preventive maintenance plans and diagnosis of unplanned stops.
- Responsible for diagnosis and repair of unplanned machine breakdowns.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in production equipment.
- Supports Maintenance Manager and Production Manager in designing equipment preventive maintenance plans.
- Able to trace faults and repair them according to circuit diagram and service manuals.
- Maintain appropriate equipment documentation.
- Monitor work order and production reports for recurring/developing problems and lead efforts to eliminate problems.
- Troubleshoot major problems as required.
- Communicate all equipment changes to the maintenance and production teams.
- Perform all duties in full compliance with all laws, safety and environmental regulations and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- 6th of October resident
- Bachelor degree, Engineering Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical, with strong knowledge and experience with electrical controls.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience with PLC’s, drives and electrical motors.
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Computer skills, Microsoft office applications
- Good command of English language
