Job Description
- Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
- Issue invoices and maintain the invoicing system organized.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Manage calendar
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
- Assist Sales team in tenders and their projects as a sales coordinator.
Job Requirements
- Work Experience (1-3) years
- English language is a must
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Know how to use Microsoft office.
