Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Issue invoices and maintain the invoicing system organized.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Manage calendar
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
  • Assist Sales team in tenders and their projects as a sales coordinator.

Job Requirements

  • Work Experience (1-3) years
  • English language is a must
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Know how to use Microsoft office.
  • Good research skills and attention to details
