The Big Picture:
DigiSay is the biggest MCN (Multi-Channel Network) in Egypt and the 3rd largest in the Middle East. Right now are transforming ourselves into a digital media company (including: production, marketing and distribution of digital media). Our overall objective is to become the the biggest digital media company in the EMEA region by 2021.
Responsibilities:
- Leading delivery process working with all necessary internal team's involvement in the creative process from start to finish.
- Writing scopes of work, briefing designers and working closely with the designers to produce work.
- Using tools, creating concepts & engaging social media content (video, images, copy writing content).
- Writing scripts and story boards for video content in collaboration with production team.
- Working closely with the digital marketing manager and social media specialists to ensure content is social media specific and advising which social platforms content will work best on.
- Developing project calendars and timelines, ensuring projects get delivered to deadline.
- Reporting on content across social media channels – with specific metrics (reach, engagement… etc.)
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a dynamic agency environment, either coming from a digital/content development or social media background
- Strong creative experience.
- The ideal candidate must have experience developing story boards, and scripts.
- Strong proficiency in building meaningful and trusting relationships, internally with teams and externally with clients.
- Solid capability of creation, supervision and strategic content development for all social media accounts.
- A hands-on experience across a range of social media management and content production tools for social media.
- Advantageous to have experience using various content scheduling & analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and be an excellent communicator, confident and able to direct others and manage teams.
