- Handle all social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Youtube/LinkedIn)
- Reply to comments/messages in the agreed SLA
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on marketing strategies and social media activity
- Escalate issues properly to customer support team for better issues’ resolution and customer satisfaction
- Create competition and sentiment reports
- Do social listening and handle critical negative posts promptly
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience is 3 years.
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
