Job Description

  • Handle all social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Youtube/LinkedIn) 
  • Reply to comments/messages in the agreed SLA
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on marketing strategies and social media activity 
  • Escalate issues properly to customer support team for better issues’ resolution and customer satisfaction 
  • Create competition and sentiment reports 
  • Do social listening and handle critical negative posts promptly

Job Requirements

  • Minimum experience is 3 years. 
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to social listening 
  • Ability to create sentiment reports
