Job Description:

  • Analyze the business opportunities and work with the Product Management team to ideate on new product concepts with customers.
  • Develop new business and sustain a stable sales pipeline
  • Prospect for new business via phone, email and social media
  • Tailor proposals for each prospect based on their specific needs
  • Manage existing accounts and develop them to their full potential
  • Act as a humble and level-headed advocate always acting in the best interest of each customer
  • Present product road-maps to prospects..
  • Work with marketing to create go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, metrics, and all elements related to measuring sales progress.
  • Grow product usage, retention, engagement, and revenue.
