Job Description

  • Attendance management.
  • Maintaining Employee Files.
  • Responsible for Recruiting and staffing logistics.
  • Using social media to advertise positions attract candidates.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates.
  • Organization development (employee orientation, and training).
  • Handles employee services, relations & counseling, and exit interviewing
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings.
  • Responsible for documenting various HR processes, creating, and updating HR forms and templates in Word, Excel and other tools.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures.
  • Assist HR Managers with certain employee relations issues, investigations, and Corrective Action review.
  • Responsible for accurate maintenance of all employee records, including employee files in both paper and digital form.
  • Process employee life cycle changes (hires, terminations, benefit changes, promotions, title/schedule changes).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ Years Of Experience In HR
  • Excellent PC Skills
  • V.Good English Language
  • Flexible
