Job Description
- Attendance management.
- Maintaining Employee Files.
- Responsible for Recruiting and staffing logistics.
- Using social media to advertise positions attract candidates.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates.
- Organization development (employee orientation, and training).
- Handles employee services, relations & counseling, and exit interviewing
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings.
- Responsible for documenting various HR processes, creating, and updating HR forms and templates in Word, Excel and other tools.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures.
- Assist HR Managers with certain employee relations issues, investigations, and Corrective Action review.
- Responsible for accurate maintenance of all employee records, including employee files in both paper and digital form.
- Process employee life cycle changes (hires, terminations, benefit changes, promotions, title/schedule changes).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ Years Of Experience In HR
- Excellent PC Skills
- V.Good English Language
