Job Description
- Serving our growing customer base
- Acting as customer voice and liaising between customers and IdealRatings teams
- Ensuring premium quality services and customer deliveries
- Handling Ideal Ratings’ customers inquiries and support requests
- Serve as product usage consultant to derive creative solutions to ensure maximum customer utilization and satisfaction
- Support the Sales and Product teams in providing relevant account

Job Requirements
- University degree in finance or accounting from reputable University
- 0-1 years of experience
- Perfect command of English both written and spoken
- Excellent Computer Skills especially MS Office
