Job Description
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customers base
- Servicing the needs of existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual representatives and your team as a whole
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Job Requirements
- Education: Graduate, MBA will be preferred
- Age: 35:50 years old
- Experience: 10 years at least (preferably in the same field)
- Languages: Must be Fluent in English & Arabic
- Self Skills: should be self motivated person & have good communication & presentation skills
- Previous experience in Dealing with army accounts is a plus
