Job Description
- Preparation of purchase and supply orders
- Preparing and reviewing subcontractor contracts
- Participate in the study of tenders and solve prices
- Study and review the applications for the needs of the sites (projects) and their adoption
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to get quotes
- Make comparisons between quotations of suppliers and subcontractors and determine the most appropriate way to contract them
- Provide projects and sites with all technical documents and publications necessary for accreditation before implementation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Civil/Architectural Engineering
- 10 Years experience
- Min 3 years experience in the same position
- Good communication skills
- Good of the skill of price analysis
- Good negotiation skills
